MS. ANAND: Your Honor, may I —— I'm sorry.
2 2 THE COURT: I think we've tilled this ground enough.
3 Here‘s my ruling. I don't think the documents, the
4 document production, is going to be required on damages for
17:00:00 5 the same reasons that I set forth in my order of August 18th,
6 2005, on the credibility issue. I'm not going to require the
7 production for that reason, either.
8 I think, Mr. Townsend, you've got evidence with which
9 to make your credibility argument. You‘ve got your
17:00:18 10 investigator's discoveries. You‘ve got, apparently, the
ll deposition testimony from defendants that they weren't selling
12 overseas. You are going to be able to use that to attack
13 their credibility. ·
N 14 Discovery is closed. I'm not going to require any
17:00:33 15 additional discovery on this issue.
16 All right, are there any other issues we’re going to
17 take up?
18 MR. GARVEY: Yes, Your Honor. This is Ed Garvey. If
19 I may.
17:00:43 20 THE COURT: How many more do you have, Mr. Garvey?
21 MR. GARVEY: This is our first one.
22 THE COURT: How many do you have?
23 MR. GARVEY: Just one.
24 . THE COURT: Okay. Go ahead.
i 17:00:50 25 MR. GARVEY: It's a question related to document
