This Court having been presented with the Stipulation Regarding the Attendance of Lawrence Blenden, Daymond Aurum and Bruce Weisfeld at Trial, and good cause having been shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Lawrence Blenden, Daymond Aurum and Bruce Weisfeld must be present at trial as witnesses in this action; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs' Joint Motion to Compel Attendance of Witnesses at Trial (Dkt. #514), filed November 15, 2006, is denied as moot.
