19 Pursuant to Rule 83.3(b)(2) of the Rules of Practice of the United States District
20 Court for the District of Arizona, the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP ("GT”), through
21 Steven M. Weinberg, moves for an order of the Court allowing it to withdraw as counsel
22 of record for Plaintiff Great American Duck Races, Inc. ("P1aintiff’) due to irreconcilable
23 differences which have arisen between GT and Plaintiff during the course of GT’s
24 representation of Plaintiff. No trial date has been set in this matter, and GT does not seek
25 leave to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff for purposes of delay.
