GAME Aqua EZ Stip regarding extension of discovery completion deadline(v1).DOC
Sean:
I'm not sure why neither Steve nor I received these messages, but thanks for resending them.
The conditions you impose on the extensions are fine. I don't think that either side will need to propound further
written discovery. And rescheduling the 30(b)(6) deposition of GAME also makes sense, since it will have an
additional 30 days to respond to Aqua EZ's discovery requests. I
I have drafted appropriate stipulations and proposed orders, which are attached. Please review them and give
me your comments. I'd like to file these before the end of the week if possible.
Thanks your courtesy.
