H inmates who were housed with Plaintiff on September 24, 2tlt_l3· at the Alhambra
IQ; Reception Center and with copies of Arizona Department of Corrections ("ADC")
documents related to Plaintift“s September 24, 2003 request for protective segregation;
I Because this information is of a contidential or security sensitive nature and is not for
17 dissemination to inmates or the public, Plaintiffs counsel shall not disclose these
13 documents to any person, other than experts retained to testify at trial. Plaintiffs
19 p eounsel may review the documents disclosed with her client, Gerald Byerly, however,
20 she shall not provide him with any copy of the documents or permit him to retain the
A 21 documents in his possession. Upon completion of this case, Plaintiff counsel shall
22 retum the documents to Defendanfs counsel. .
