On September 6, 2005, Plaintiff electronically filed a Reply to the Arizona Academy for the Performing Arts' Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, and a Reply to the Tempe Union High School District's Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment, as docket #'s 143 and 144 respectively. Each Reply included a Response to the Defendants' Statements of Fact as an "attachment." In addition, each of the Responses incorporated a motion to strike summary judgment evidence.
