This letter is in response to our phone conversation today. As we have indicated, PHICO has .
agreed to issue an endorsement to the policy providing additional insured status to those entities with
whom contract for liability that they may incur as a result ofthe actions of an insured under the CMS
_ policy. Correctional Services Corporation would be among those entities afforded coverage as an
§ — additional insured. As noted above the coverage extends only to liability imposed as a result of actions of
a CMS insured, and not as a result of any action of the additional insured itself '
· As a result, we have agreed to provide coverage to CSC in the abovecaptioned case for any
A i esposure they may have for the actions of the CMS employed nurses or any other insured under the CMS
policy. Coverage does not apply to any liability that CSC may incur as a result of others, not insureds
· under the policy. _ '
