The Court has reviewed the Motion to Intervene (doc. 138) filed by North American Specialty Insurance Company as well as the Motion for Expedited Hearing (doc. 139) filed regarding that motion. The Court has reviewed the parties' lodged Joint Stipulated Form of Verdict. The Motion for Expedited Hearing (doc. 139) is granted. The Motion to Intervene (doc. 138) is denied on the grounds of mootness. The Court has reviewed defendant's Motion in Limine (doc. 143) as well as the plaintiff's Response (doc. 147). The Motion is granted. The Court has reviewed the parties' Joint Request for Immediate Mandatory Settlement Conference and Motion for Brief Continuance of the Start of Trial (doc. 148). The matter is discussed with counsel. The Motion is denied.

IT IS ORDERED affirming the Firm Trial date of 3/14/2006 at 9:00 a.m. Estimated length of trial is 5 days. The jury will consist of 8 with 3 strikes for the Plaintiff and 3 strikes for Defendants. A panel of 30 jurors is ordered. Counsel are urged to mark directly into evidence their stipulated exhibits and all exhibits are to be presented to the Courtroom Deputy no later than Friday, 3/10/2006 by 5:00 p.m. Counsel are provided a copy of the Court's Exhibit Marking Instructions.
