2 I, James T. Lacey, being duly sworn, depose and say:
3 On December 1, 2005, I signed an affidavit regarding the Jaime Ross-Castillo
4 investigation (see Exhibit A). I am not aware of any further criminal investigation of the
5 persons or incidents described in Exhibit A occurring from December 1, 2005 to the present
6 nor do I anticipate, based on the facts known to me at present, any further investigation of
7 the same persons or incidents.
