On today's date, counsel for Counterclaimants and Third-Party Plaintiffs Rick and Brenda Hancock, request an additional three days to respond to Counterdefendants and ThirdParty Defendants' Motion to Dismiss. Subject to receipt of an additional three days for Counterdefendants and Third-Party Defendants to file a Reply, Counterdefendants and ThirdParty Defendants agreed to the request. Counsel for Counterclaims and Third-Party Plaintiffs is involved in a medical matter of a personal nature and opposing counsel has been made aware of the circumstances and has no objection to the Stipulation being granted. Following an office visit yesterday morning, counsel and his family have been asked to return this afternoon.
