Comes now, Osborn Maledon PA, Mark I. Harrison and Sarah E. Porter, and pursuant to Local Rule 83.3(b) moves the Court for an Order permitting the withdrawal of Osborn Maledon PA, Mark I. Harrison and Sarah E. Porter as co-counsel of record for Greg and Linda Hancock and their counsel of record, Robert Frisbee. The movant was engaged for the limited purpose of representing Greg and Linda Hancock and Mr. Frisbee in an isolated proceeding pending before the Court in November, 2005. That matter has been concluded and there is no further need for the services or involvement of Osborn Maledon PA, Mark I. Harrison and Sarah E. Porter in connection with this matter.
