~ Ron/Roger; To avoid confusion and coordinate the upcoming name change, I think it would be highly advisable to send
out a memo explaining to the details surrounding the merger/name change and stating that going forward they should the
new names and stop using the old Hancock names (except ot course in a couple of marketing instances as we have
discussed). l would suggest sending it to everyone in your division, division presidents in Arizona, all corporate personnel
(including John Landon, Rick Morgan and Don Avera in Tx). This is particularly important in executing contracts going
forward. We had a couple of landbank deals in process that are affected by this which is why l thought we should send out
