4 2. I am the Vice President, CFO of the Arizona Region for the affiliates of
5 Meritage Homes Corporation, Meritage Homes Construction, Inc. and Meritage Homes
6 Arizona, Inc.
7 3. Through May 10, 2006, Meritage has sold more than $1 17 million in homes
8 under the Hancock name since July of 2004.
