(2) Counterdefendants' and Third-Party Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment on Rick and Brenda Hancocks' Counter-Claims and Third-Party Claims; · Plaintiffs will have up until and including February 23, 2007, to respond to Defendants Rick and Brenda Hancock, Rick Hancock Homes, Inc., and RLH Development, Inc.'s Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment;

Plaintiffs will have up until and including February 23, 2007, to respond to Defendant Greg Hancock's Updated Motion for Summary Judgment or Dismissal; and
