As a result, the parties have stipulated and agreed to the following briefing schedule: · Defendants RLH Development, L.L.C., Rick Hancock Homes, L.L.C. and Defendants, Counterclaimants and Third-Party Plaintiffs Rick and Brenda Hancock will have up until and including February 15, 2007, to respond to Plaintiffs' (1) Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, and
