Plaintiff Hypercom Corporation ("Hypercom") hereby files this Notice of Errata to apprise the Court and Defendant Omron Corporation ("Omron") that undersigned counsel for Hypercom inadvertently left a reference in Hypercom Corporation's Response to Omron Corporation's Second Motion for Summary Judgment ("Opposition Brief") (doc # 141), stating that documents supporting a particular factual statement were "attached hereto," rather than citing to Hypercom Corporation's Controverting Statement of Facts (doc #142) filed in opposition to Omron's Statement of Facts (doc #138.) The incorrect citation found in the Opposition Brief (doc #141) on page 12 at lines 12-13, states the following:

The correct citation supporting the factual statement is as follows:
