This matter coming before the Court upon Hypercom Corporation's Motion for Settlement Conference, good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED commanding the in-person appearance of a high-level executive from each party who has full authority to settle and resolve the lawsuit at a mandatory settlement conference to be held on either September 18, 2006 or September 26, 2006. Neither Omron's attorneys, including Herbert Kerner, nor Tatsuyuki Nakano shall be the high-level representative designated to appear on behalf of Omron.
