COMES NOW, Omron Corporation ("Omron"), by its counsel, Baker & Daniels and respectfully requests the Court to reschedule the Pretrial Conference currently set for April 2, 2007 at 3: 30 p.m. to a later date in April. The reason for this request is that counsel for Omron, David Irmscher, has a long standing family vacation scheduled for his son's Spring Break school vacation. Mr. Irmscher will be traveling with his family and unavailable from March 30, 2007

Counsel for Omron has discussed this matter with counsel for Hypercom Corporation, Monica Limon-Wynn of Snell & Wilmer, and Hypercom does not oppose this request for a rescheduling of the pretrial conference in order to accommodate counsel. WHEREFORE, the counsel for Omron respectfully request that the Court reschedule the pretrial conference to a date after April 6, 2007 that is convenient with the Court's schedule.
