VERVE LLC’S STATEMENT REGARDING THE PARTICIPATION OF
OMRON CORPORATION IN THE PRESENT INVESTIGATION
Pursuant to Order No. 31, Verve LLC ("Verve") submits the following statement to the
Commission. On February 8, 2005, Verve received Order No. 31 granting in part Hypercom’s
Motion to Terminate Investigation Based on Comp1ainant’s Lack of Standing. Verve forwarded
Order No. 31 to Omron Corporation the same day. Omron has informed Verve that Omron does
not intend to participate in the present investigation. Verve will file a motion for withdrawal of
the complaint and termination of the investigation today.
