O 17 On May 10, 2005, the Court entered an Order Re Modification of Scheduling
18 Order that provided for a discovery deadline of August 5, 2005, a cut-off date for filing
19 dispositive motions of August 19, 2005, and a requirement that Plaintiffs file a Notice of
20 Readiness for Order Re: Final Pretrial Conference within 10 days of the dispositive
21 motions deadline if no dispositive motions are pending before the Court.
22 Plaintiffs and Defendants have taken almost all necessary depositions but a few
23 remain to be scheduled. The parties, through undersigned counsel, jointly stipulate and
24 request that there is good cause for the Court to extend the deadlines set forth in the May
25 10, 2005 Order Re Modification of Scheduling Order as follows:
26 (1) All fact discovery must be completed by September 2, 2005.
27 (2) All dispositive motions shall be tiled no later than September 23, 2005.
28 (3) Plaintiffs must file a Notice of Readiness for Order Re: Final Pretrial

1 Conference within 10 days of September 23, 2005 if no dispositive motions are pending
2 after September 23, 2005. If dispositive motions are pending after September 23, 2005,
3 the Court will issue an Order Re: Final Pretrial Conference following resolution of the
4 dispositive motions.
5 Accordingly, counsel hereby request the Court to grant this stipulated request and
6 issue a Modified Scheduling Order as indicated above.
