O 17 Defendants filed a Motion for Extension of Time to file all remaining motions
18 for summary judgment on September 23, 2005. Despite Plaintiffs’ opposition to the
19 same, the Court granted an order extending time to file all remaining motions for
20 summary judgment up to and including October 7, 2005. A
21 Defendants later filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on October 7, 2005.
22 Plaintiffs have requested an extension of time to oppose Defendants’ Motion for
23 Summary Judgment until November 18, 2005 due to Plaintiffs’ counsel’s recent
` 24 change in law firms during the week of October 17, 2005. Plaintiffs’ request is for
25 good cause. ` »
( 26 The parties, through their undersigned counsel, jointly stipulate and agree that
27 Plaintiff may have up to and including November 18, 2005, in which to oppose
28 Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment filed October 7, 2005.
