3 If Plaintiff Kent Dyer is no longer exhibiting and selling his work, identify the
4 time at which Kent Dyer stopped exhibiting and selling his work and the reason for doing
5 so.
6 In response to Interrogatory No. 21, Kent Dyer stopped exhibiting and selling
7 his artwork immediately following the Fountain Hills Art Show in February 2002
8 where the infringing event occurred. Kent Dyer cancelled the Carefree Art Show
9 the week following the Fountain Hills Art Show, as he was ill and he believed Jason
10 Napier would be there. Kent Dyer then cancelled all subsequent shows and has not
ll done an art show since the February 2002 event in Fountain Hills. This event has
12 caused Kent Dyer severe emotional distress.
