Pursuant to Local Rule 7.2(e), the undersigned counsel hereby move the Court to permit the filing of an oversize brief, not to exceed 19 pages, for Defendants' Reply Brief Regarding the Secretary of the Treasury's Final Regulations Concerning ยง 411(d)(6) Protected Benefits. As the Court is aware, the issues raised in the Defendants' supplemental briefing benefit from analysis and explication of the legal issues and relevant authorities. The Court has previously granted motions by both Defendants and Plaintiffs to file oversize briefing on related motions.
