THIS MATTER coming before this Court on the parties’ stipulation and
request for extension on briefing schedules and discovery,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall have a l2—day extension to
and including October 3, 2005 to file their response to Defendants’ Supplemental Brief
Regarding the Secretary of the Treasury’s Final Regulations Concerning Section 4ll (f)(6)
Protected Benefits;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall have a second extension
of time to and including November 17, 2005 to respond to Plaintiffs’ motion for class action
certification and Plaintiffs shall have until December 7, 2005 to submit a reply;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall have a ten-day extension
of time to and including October 19, 2005 to respond to Defendants’ Request for Production.
