On June 30, 2006, the undersigned counsel moved the Court to permit the filing of an oversized brief, not to exceed 31 pages, in Supplemental Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for Class Certification, and lodged the brief with the Court. The corresponding proposed order submitted by counsel inadvertently granted leave to file a brief not to exceed 30 pages instead of the 31 pages requested in the motion. On the understanding that the Court intended to grant the motion as requested to allow the lodged, 31-page brief to be filed, Defendants hereby submit a revised Order granting the motion and allowing filing of the lodged 31-page brief.
