26 l. I am a Legal Assistant for Honeywell International Inc. ("H0neywell") and in that
27 regard I am responsible for maintaining certain tiles ofthe Law Department.
28 2. Jim Wigle, an attorney in the Law Department, maintained a file regarding

1 complaints about the Secured Benefit Account Offset in the 1995 time frame.
2 3. When Mr. Wigle depmed hom Al1iedSignal Inc. in approximately 1997-1998, I
3 received at copy of his tile and maintained it until March of 2004, when I provided it to
Q l—loneywe1l’s Law Department in Morristown, New Jersey.
6 4. The documents attached hereto as Exhibit A were maintained in Mr. \Mg1e’s file.
7 5. The foregoing facts are true and correct based upon my personal knowledge and
8 knowledge I obtained in the performance of my duties as a Legal Assistant for Honeywell.
