1 On June 30, 2006, Defendants filed their supplemental opposition to Plaintiffs'
2 motion for class certification and, in conjunction with that filing, requested leave to file a
3 videotape from 1995 that was referenced as an exhibit to declarations filed in support of
4 Defendants' supplemental brief. On July 7, 2006, the court granted the motion and
5 approved the filing of the videotape. It has come to counsel‘s attention that Defendants
6 inadvertently filed a videotape from the year 2000 instead of the intended 1995 videotape.
7 According, Defendants hereby file the correct videotape dated 1995, which they have
‘ 8 provided to opposing counsel.
