The motion at docket 29 is a motion for summary judgment filed on behalf of the two remaining defendants, Arpaio and Tate. Plaintiff was advised of the need to respond and given ample time in which to respond. He has not done so. Upon examination, the motion at docket 29 is found to have merit. For these reasons, the motion at docket 29 is GRANTED. The clerk will please enter judgment for defendants. ______________________
