On September 19, 2005, plaintiff filed a "Motion to Stay Summary Judgment Pending Defendants Compliance With Discovery Request/Motion to Strike Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment." (Doc. 32). The Motion indicates that a copy was mailed to defense

counsel, however, no response has been filed. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that defendants shall file a response no later than December 2, 2005 to plaintiff's outstanding Motion (Doc. 32). DATED this 21st day of November, 2005.
