On February 9, 2007, the Court remanded this case to Hartford, the plan

17 administrator, to determine if Mazet's predisability wages were calculated correctly, and 18 if he was underpaid during the initial, 24-month benefit period. (Docket No. 53) 19 The defendants give notice that Hartford has examined those issues, and informed

20 Mazet and his attorney of its decision in a letter dated April 30, 2004. 21 As required by this Court's February 9 order, the defendants' counsel will attend
