lf it is easier for your folks to simply give us model numbers, we can probably track down website or product
literature depictions that will be sufficient for most of the models. lf we have questions, we can then have you
obtain photos. Thanks.

Thanks for letting me know the status of things. l look forward to receiving the emitter information in the next
week or two.
l don‘t want to create any additional issues, but Ed Newbegin tells me that suppliers have in the past routinely
changed the design of products provided under particular model numbers. To avoid confusion in the future, it
would be constructive if you could provide us with digital photographs of each of the model numbers that are
going to be included in the exhibit. These digital photographs would be appended to the listing of emitter model
numbers in the exhibit.
Incidentally, now that we have been able to put the case to bed, subject to an exchange of additional
information, would it be appropriate for Wade to contact Phelps with the thought of doing business in the future?
The final execution of the agreement has been delayed but we don‘t see that as a reason for delaying further
business dealings between Wade and Phelps Dodge.
Let me know what you think.
Pete
