19 Petitioner hereby respectfully request this Court grant him an extension
20 time to file his Reply/Traverse to Answer to Petition for Writ of Habeas
2]_ Corpus which is currently due Sept. 30, 2005. Petitioner did receive all
22 citations from Respondents used in their Answer on Sept. 7, 2005, as ordered
23 this Court and is grateful to this Court for the added time givm him in
24 same order. However, Petitioner needs until October 21, 2005, to file
25 his pleading due to limited access, (2) hours per week, to the unit library
26 and the minimal legal materials available therein, as well as for the purpose
27 of locating and acquiring legal research materials from outside sources to
28 aid in rebuttal to Respondents Answer. Of record, this is only the second
