ORDER

Before the Court is Petitioner's "Motion to "Compel" filed August 25, 2005. In his motion, Plaintiff requests copies of case law cited by Respondents in their Answer. The Court only recently denied Petitioner's motion for appointment of counsel. [Doc. # 36]. In that motion, Petitioner did not request copies of case law. The court will grant Petitioner's motion. Respondents shall promptly prepare and mail copies of the published court opinions cited in their Answer to Petitioner. The Court will, sua sponte, grant Petitioner an extension of time to September 30, 2005 to file his Reply. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that: 1. Petitioner's "Motion to Compel" filed August 25, 2005 is GRANTED to the extent contained herein. 2. Petitioner shall have to September 30, 2005 to file his Reply to Respondents' Answer.
