lllto Plaintiffs motion to enforce the settlement in this case, Mr. Williams, individually, filed a
2 response. The response was apparently already prepared some time previously and is dated
3 November 30, 2006. Global and the other three defendants that settled this case were given until
4 January l 1, 2006 to obtain new counsel and file a response to Plaintiffs motion. Plaintiff s counsel

5] is unaware of whether Mr. Williams apprised the Court during the December 6, 2006 ex parte
6 discussion that Williams already had a response prepared and intended to file it following the
7 Cou1t’s ruling.
8 In any event, the other four parties are not required to respond until January ll, 2007.
9 Therefore, to avoid having to file two separate replies, Plaintiff respectfully requests that its reply
10 lto Mr. Williams’ response be continued until the date when Plaintiff s reply to the other defendants’ i

1 1 l1responses becomes due; and, in the event that the other defendants fail to file responses, then, until
12 1January 22, 2007, the normal reply period, had the other defendants filed responses on
13 1January ll, 2007.
