Settlement Agreement and for Attorney's Fees. In it's Response, Plaintiff argues that an extension of time will prejudice Plaintiff with regard to the pending settlement agreement. Though the Court is not inclined to grant Defendants' Motion to the extent requested, the Court does find good cause to grant a brief, seven-day extension of time for Defendants to file their Response to Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce the Settlement Agreement. Such a brief extension of time will not prejudice Plaintiff with regard to the pending settlement agreement. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Additional Time to Respond to Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement and for Attorney's Fees (Dkt. # 171) is granted in part and denied in accordance with this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Expedited Consideration of Defendants' Motion for Additional Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Motion to Enforce Settlement Agreement and For Attorney's Fees (Dkt. # 172) is granted. DATED this 1st day of December, 2006.
