Dear Charles: Yesterday, by email, we received the Notice of Service for all of the above. Today, we have received the answers themselves, and frankly have not reviewed them in full, yet, as to their efficacy. Yet, we wanted to see what was produced, anyway, on the two CD-ROMs attached. Meanwhile, I have two issues to address with you, now: 1) you did not produce the electronic logbook promised in your 1 July 2005 letter, and 2) the person that copied archived files on to one disk, omitted the file extensions, so the files cannot be opened. I attach the relevant files and seek immediate replacement of the disk. Please reply this soon, and if possible, include a replacement disk with your reply. Thank you.
