CIV-04-0701-PHX-SMM STIPULATED REQUEST TO CONTINUE STATUS CONFERENCE

The parties by and through their attorneys undersigned hereby stipulate that, upon approval by the court, that the status conference scheduled September 11, 2007 be continued for a period of not less than 45 days. The reason that the parties are seeking this continuance is that the parties are continuing to work to resolve their differences on the interpretation two points of the settlement agreement. The parties have been in contact with Magistrate Judge Voss. Judge Voss has informed the parties that if they are unable to resolve their differences he will set the matter for hearing.
