20 Plaintiffs Discovery of Character Witnesses as follows:
21 Request: Names of all persons who have sued Joseph Arpaio, M.C.S.O.,
22 or the County of Maricopa as a result of being in Joseph Arpaio’s jails. The

1 proper name of the person named Joe Arizona. Joe Arizona campaigned in
2 favor of allowing casinos being built out of tribal lands. These persons will
3 produce witnesses that will bolster this claim and to be used as evidence against
4 Joseph Arpaio.
5 Response: Object to this request. Burdensome and irrelevant.
6 Requested information is public record and equally obtainable by plaintiff.
