20 undersigned counsel, move to strike pIaintiff’s pleading entitled, "Required
21 Disclosure." The Federal Rules do not provide for such a pleading and
22 therefore, this pleading should be striken.

1 Plaintiff asks for a "photo line up." The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
2 do not provide for a photo line up as a discovery tool in a civil action. In due
3 course, plaintiff will be provided a copy of his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office
4 tile, Correctional Health Services medical chart, inmate request forms and any
5 pertinent logs, forms, incident reports, etc. Plaintiff may access the names of
6 individuals from these records or he may tile interrogatories in accordance with
7 the Federal Rules. Plaintiff has not made a showing of any need to support his
8 Request for such extraordinary discovery procedures and therefore this Request
9 should be denied.
