18 The parties to the above-captioned litigation, by and through their counsel
19 undersigned, hereby stipulate to the following:
20 Plaintiff has served discovery requests on defendant. Pursuant to those requests, I
21 defendant is producing documents to plaintiff.
22 Many of the documents produced in response to plaintiffs discovery requests
23 include confidential information, including, but not limited to, social security numbers
24 and birthdates of former and current employees of defendant, salaries of current and
25 former employees, and other information that may be considered personal or private to
26 defendanifs current or former employees.

1 Defendant is producing the documents pursuant to the discovery requests and as a
2 result of plaintiff’ s agreement to keep the documents confidential and use them only in
3 connection with this litigation.
4 Plaintiff and her counsel agree to use these documents in connection with this
5 litigation only. Plaintiff and her counsel may disclose the documents only to consultants
6 or experts employed in connection with this litigation and only if those consultants and
7 experts are advised of the confidential nature of the documents. Plaintiff further agrees
8 that in the event any documents produced by defendant are filed with the court, such
9 documents will be filed under seal, or the private or personal information contained in the
l0 documents will be redacted prior to tiling with the court. -
§ ll Following the conclusion of this lawsuit and any appeals, plaintiff will return all
