PROCEEDINGS: ORDER FROM CHAMBERS January 25, 2006 _____________________________________________________________________ Based on the discussion at the planning and scheduling conference, the deadline for the completion of discovery is extended to March 31, 2006. All dispositive motions, motions in limine, and discovery motions must be filed on or before March 31, 2006 also. In light of the discussion at the conference, the motion at docket 80 is DENIED as moot in all respects. The court is now confident that counsel will be able to schedule the few remaining depositions at mutually convenient times and to provide appropriate responses to all outstanding written discovery. ______________________
