This is a letter to let you all know what has been happening to me sence
A I was last in your Court for sentencing last April 17th, 2006. and, also give
you my new address.
I am sorry but I dont have my case number at this time to help you look
up my case faster, I would have all of my papers in order but, the B.O.P. and,
The U.S. Marshal's have been moving me all over the country sence August thelst.
or 8-1-06 it looks like someone in the B.O.P. thinks that I need to serve more
time on an old sentence that your court said was EXPIERED".
The court Records will show that the court, your court did use due deligents
in my sentencing, asking evereyone invoved with my case what was the statice
on my lod charge that I escaped on Febuary of 2000. It came back that the
District of Oregon was done with me, and my case was sent to arcives, so you
gave me TIME SERVED AND THREE YEARS EROBATION. Along with the conditions that
partisapate in mental helth, and I was doing everything that you want me to do.
And now look at what is happening to me now. I think I need your help to fix
this because this is not right... and I need you to put me an attorney to help me
to prove what is right in the law. I look at my case like I am your bag of candy,
and you asked everyone if they wanted some... and everyone said no... they didn't
A want any. .. But now they changed there mind and they DONT EVEN ASKY®UU,they just
l go and take your candy whithout saying anything. Just like saealing behind your
N back... I bet you didn't even know that I was back in prison. I have been in here
sence August lst, 2006 Inever saw a warrant, an attorney, or anything, I belivie
that my rights are being violated, and due proses has been thrown out the window
in my case.

Therefore, I am Praying that your Honorable Coprt will appoint an attorney to
my case. My old Attorney says that my case is over when I was sentenced, But
that is okay I dont think that she understans my case anyway a new attorney would
U be better.
Anyway, I was out doing what I was supose to be doing and whene I was making
my monthly report to my probation Officer Mr. Micheal Watts U.S.Probation in
the Phoenix Office .... He come up to Prescott Arizona where I live to see .
me at the old post office. He will tell you that I have been good and staying
out of trouble. and doing what ever he asks me to. However when I went to
make my monthly report on the first of August there were two Marshal's there
, - in his office to take me away andlthattis.n¤tMthegrightrthingltomhappen
to me . and I dont think that you would put a Warrent to put me in Prison _
when you just let me out.
