COMES NOW the Movant—Petitioner, L. C. Cohen, pro se (Movant), g
pursuant the Fifth and Sixth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure with a Motion to Correct Clerks' Entry
Errors in Doc. #'s 273 & 274 as described in Movant's attached January
17, 2006 letter which the C1erk's Office appears to refuse to act on.
WHEREFORE, the Movant moves this Honorable Court for an Order
directing the Clerk's Office correct the names of the signatory on Doc.
#273 & 274, and such other relief as the Honorable Court deems proper.
