COMES NOW the Defendant-Movant-Petitioner, L. C. Cohen, pro se
{Movant), pursuant Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCVP) 6(b) with
a Motion for Extension of Time to File Objections to the Magistrate
Judge's Report & Recommendation & to Doc. #273, an Order re Doc. #233.
The Movant received the 29 pages of documents filed and served by
mail January 9, 2006·-possibly delayed by distance and the long holidays
Martin Luther King weekend -on1y on January 17, 2006, two days before
the due date. He needs more time to analyse and adequately object to the
Report & Recommendation (Doc. #274) and respond to the Order (Doc. #273)
regarding his earlier contempt motions (Doc. #233).
WHEREFORE, the Movant moves this Honorable Court for an Order
granting an enlargement of time and such other relief as proper.
