OF THE ‘988 PATENT ARE NOT INVALID UNDER 35 U.S.C. §§ 112 AND 132
Plaintiff LML hereby moves the Court pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56 for an order
granting summary judgment that claims 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, ll, 14, 16 and 18 of the ‘988 patent
are not invalid under 35 U.S.C. §§ 112 and 132. In support of this motion, LML relies on the

accompanying memorandum.
