On November 20, 2007, Plaintiff filed a complaint in this matter alleging civil rights violations, violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and negligence. [Doc. No. 1.] On February 12, 2008, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem. [Doc. No. 4.] On February 20, 2008, Magistrate Judge Nita L. Stormes issued a well-reasoned Report and Recommendation, recommending that Plaintiff's Motion be granted. No objections were filed, and no other party has yet appeared in this action or has otherwise opposed the Motion. Accordingly, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation and GRANTS the Motion for Appointment of Guardian Ad Litem. IT IS SO ORDERED. DATED: February 25, 2008
