Plaintiff Jens Erik Sorensen, as Trustee of Sorensen Research and Development Trust ("Plaintiff") hereby stipulates to a partial settlement of the above-captioned case as follows: Plaintiff Jens Erik Sorensen, as Trustee of Sorensen Research and Development Trust, hereby releases all claims in this suit as to Accused Products Big Johnson Power Tape 16', Model No. 916; Big Johnson Power Tape 25', Model No. 925; Big Johnson Power Tape 30', Model No. 930; Ridgid Model 616; and Ridgid Model 625, to the extent such products were manufactured by Fisco and imported, sold, or offered to be sold by JOHNSON. The LAWSUIT shall continue against

Defendant Johnson Level & Tool Manufacturing Company and DOES 1-100 only as to products accused of patent infringement that are not FISCO PRODUCTS listed in section 1.2 1 .
