This matter is before the Court on defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time and to Vacate Hearing (Dkt. # 68). Upon review of the motion, and the Court being fully advised, it is hereby ORDERED that this motion is GRANTED. Defendants shall have to and including December 2, 2005 to respond to plaintiff' Partial Motion for Summary s Judgment.
