By way of this Notice, Plaintiff wishes to advise the Court that documents labeled BOP0001, BOP0003, BOP0005, BOP0007, BOP0009, BOP0011, BOP0015, BOP0017, BOP0021, and BOP0023 in the Appendix to his Opening Brief are difficult, if not impossible in parts, to read. This is the condition in which these documents were produced to Plaintiff and an effort has been made by Plaintiff, with limited success, to submit them in as legible a fashion as possible.
