The final trial preparation conference set for June 14, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. and the trial set for July 11, 2006 are VACATED. The final trial preparation conference is re-set for July 14, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. in courtroom A901, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. As specified by the parties, the Court sets the following schedule: June 5, 2006 plaintiff will designate expert witnesses, June 16, 2006 defendant will designate rebuttal experts, June 7, 2006 written responses to discovery would be due, June 12 through 14, 2006 plaintiff will take the depositions of the five individual Bivens defendants, and June 15, 2006 defendant will take plaintiff's deposition. Discovery shall be complete by July 14, 2006. The final pretrial order, witness and exhibits lists shall be submitted by July 7, 2006. This constitutes the scheduling order, there is no need for the parties to submit a proposed scheduling order. Court in recess.
